1. About the service
Alex666 Seminars (seminars.alex666cold.com) provides recorded online video seminars and private masterclass booking for professional tattoo artists. These Terms govern your use of the platform and purchase of any course or masterclass.
For educational purposes only. Outcomes depend on individual skill and practice. This service does not replace hands-on professional training under a licensed mentor.
2. Lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means access to the purchased course content for as long as the platform operates. We commit to providing reasonable notice (minimum 6 months) before any planned shutdown. Access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
3. License
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to watch the course content for your own professional development. You may not:
- Share, re-sell, or sublicense the content or your account credentials.
- Download, record, or redistribute video content in any form.
- Use course materials for commercial training of third parties without written permission.
- Claim authorship of or remove watermarks/copyright notices from any content.
4. Refund policy
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase — unless you have already started watching the course, in which case you explicitly waive this right by ticking the consent checkbox at checkout.
To request a refund within the eligible window, email help@seminars.alex666cold.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.
Masterclass deposits are non-refundable once the preparation call has been completed.
5. Anti-piracy
All video streams are individually watermarked with your account identifier. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil claims. We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alex666 Seminars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or masterclass.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your local EU member state law.
8. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
